Rock the Block Music & Arts Festival

The City of South Euclid and One South Euclid (501C-3)

Rock the Block began in South Euclid as a free event featuring music, food, businesses, and nonprofits. Fast forward to 2024 and we’re celebrating the 10-year milestone of Rock the Block which has evolved into a regional arts and music festival, attracting attendees from Northeast Ohio and beyond! 

Experience Events was enlisted as a strategic ally to elevate and broaden the impact of Rock the Block. Our role encompasses a multifaceted approach, including:

  • Formalize, cultivate and acquire event sponsorships

  • Establish community partnerships and expand community engagement within the city and beyond

  • Create and execute a marketing communications strategy (beginning in July of 2024) and

  • Provide support to orchestrate seamless event logistics and execution, ensuring a memorable and successful experience for all involved.


LMM’s 55th Anniversary Benefit

Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry (501C-3)

In partnership with Touch, we produced LMM’s 55th Anniversary celebration at MOCA Cleveland. This event showcased LMM's significant contributions to the community over the years, with a special emphasis on the future of housing.


PwC Promotion Day

Experience Events was entrusted with managing registration for PwC Cleveland's Promotion Day, an annual event dedicated to celebrating the milestone achievements of their employees throughout the year. We ensured a seamless registration process, contributing to the success of this memorable occasion that highlighted the commitment and accomplishments of PwC's dedicated workforce.

Come Together Gala

Neighborhood Alliance (501C-3)

Experience Events managed a themed fundraiser gala for Neighborhood Alliance, centered on the element of fire, ensuring an immersive evening benefiting the organization's mission. Our comprehensive event services included concept development, logistics coordination, sponsorship management, auction item procurement, creative design, marketing material production, registration management, catering oversight, audiovisual setup, vendor coordination, and creating an engaging stage program highlighting Neighborhood Alliance's impact on homelessness. We united guests in support of the community, igniting hearts and minds while making a meaningful difference.


Blazing Paddles Paddlefest

Share the River (501C-3)

We crafted a comprehensive partnership brochure, conducted targeted research for potential sponsors, and successfully cultivated relationships to secure event sponsorships. Locke Step Partners provided a donor scan and identified several grant opportunities to help Share the River grow it’s funding resources.


Yuri’s NIght Space Party

Great Lakes Science Center (501C-3)

Yuri’s Night Space Party, an annual fundraiser hosted by the Science Center, transformed the museum into an outer space-themed dance party, featuring live music, DJ performances, an open bar, and scientific demonstrations and activations throughout the museum. Designed to attract young professionals, this event doubled as a fundraiser while showcasing the Science Center's amenities. Attendees were encouraged to dress in space or science fiction attire, compete in a costume contest, and explore the museum after hours.


Cleaning PRoducts / Flavors & Fragrances ConferencEs

Smithers Group

As the lead conference producer for the concurrent Cleaning Products and Flavors and Fragrances US Conferences, I was contracted to produce a conference agenda and manage overall event operations. I initiated, researched, and founded the Flavors and Fragrances US Conference, establishing a new and successful addition to Smithers Group's portfolio.


ELITE TIRE GROUP

We spearheaded long-term marketing plans for a fast-growing tire and automotive repair chain. This involved establishing brand presence in new markets, writing and designing marketing materials, forging strategic community partnerships with new store openings, establishing a new program called Elite Gives Back and managing social media accounts.


INGENUITY

While employed at Ingenuity, we underwent a complete website redesign and maintained all of the content for the organization. This involved producing all public-facing marketing collateral including year-round brochures, sponsorship guides, mailings, programs, venue event rental contracts and more. This includes supporting the execution of a 3-day festival welcoming 20,000+ attendees!
